links to website still do not work

links to website from smartDefrag still do not work - i am using the latest updated Beta 1 and i see many good improvements; the close/minimize is fixed to no longer put second icon in taskbar, and overall appearance gets better every time.
however, still cannot get to your website from SmartDefrag; i was going to add attachment to show what error message but i saved the printscreen as a word.doc and this extension (xxx.doc) is not allowed. if you want to see the error message please advise and i will send via email.

When we click in the above buttons, we see this page (http://www.ask.com/web?q=%251&o=10414url) (%1 search in Ask).

And no updates, no help topics and no feedback...

Also now getting a red bar instead of green stating the Harddisk Optimization is at Medium.. nothing recommended.
Also.. it shows at the end of defrag only the C: drive information... nothing on the other drives.
