  • Startup Items Bug

    Program tells me at EVERY startup that I have 4 items that can be optimized for faster startup. I run the program and it tells me everything is fine. I created the file and sent it in over a month ago asking for assistance. Only have heard crickets since.

    I had been trying to report this on your website for over 2 months. I go thru all the steps, answer all the questions, save the file, attach the file and try and send and it just goes to a blank page. Then I get an email thanking me for updating my profile.

        Re-submitted original email and debug file to email you listed. Original was sent ( as per replied in forum advice to another from admin ) to tickets@iobit.com .Tried AGAIN to report on website with same non results today. Goes to blank white screen and nothing happens. Thanks.
