Crashes my computer when I reboot or turn off

ASC Ultimate 10 works great as long as I don't turn my computer off.... I have tried going back to a restore point and going ahead with the update again. When I reboot my computer it comes up to a blue screen that says inaccessible boot device. After I go back to a restore point before installing 10, my machine works fine. Anyone have any answers?

Help no longer needed. I'm sorry after my last restore everything seems to be working I think. Its been a frustrating couple of days, but hopefully all is in order.
