reparation stuck 79%

after lunching the reparation with ASC ultim 10, it stuck at 79% in security reparation and i dont know if i stop it and try it again later would affect anything on my pc.

I have two Dell laptop computers running WIN 10. Last night, I ran the reparation and got stuck just like you. I eventually click on stop . Afer a couple of reboots, it seems to be working fine. I tried my other computer this morning and got the same thing as you. Definitely a problem with the security update? or the program.....

Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you mean our program get stuck during Vulnerability Fix scanning?

 

Please help us further look into the issue you encountered.

 

Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

 

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.

 

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.

 

Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
