    Very nice and excellent utility covering almost all the required fields i.e. performance,cleaning, protection everything at a super fast speed. No need to purchase anything except this. I think in scanning section, one more option of boot time scan/ offline scan is added, it will add additional security and boost the value of the software. Sometimes certain malewares can't be removed while the system is running. So, now a days this option is given by many anti virus providers and your software is multi utility software i.e. All- In- One software. So,it is expected from you. Once again thanks a lot for providing a wonderful software.

      Hi,

      The offline scan is supported and you could have a try when you don't have an internet connection.

      For boot time scan, we have forward this idea to our product team.

        Hi, I noticed a great improvement vs. previous version 11, mainly in the "Privacy Traces", "Junk Files" and "System Weaknesses": great job!!
        If you need some help in translation to the Italian language, at least for reviewing the translation, here I am.

                So i ran in a bug while using the program (see pics) massive spam of notification which couldn't be stopped unless i hard killed advanced systemcare ultimate in task manager.

                  Did you get the popup when you run Advanced SystemCare Ultimate every time?

                  Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe and run the tool immediately when you get the popup again.
                  Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
                  After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
                  Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

                    Yes every time and i already downloaded the tool and send the zip file over for now i just uninstalled the software because the software became unusable.

                          When I activate the anti-ransomware it causes a blue screen crash every time. One time I saw some popup aboiut contacting IObit about this.
                          So there seems to be a problem here?

                            Please download the debug info tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DumpCollector.exe
                            Double click to run it >> click Collect button and it will generate a Dump_xxx_xxx.zip file on your desktop. Please send us this file for analyzing.
