Passwords.

Hi, Whenever both my wife and myself run ASC Ultimate 7 on our respective pc`s we find that all our passwords have been removed from our web sites and we have to log in to every one again.

 

Is there anything we can do to prevent this happening please?

In settings have you selected to clear password in privacy sweep or autoclean or autocare?

Unfortunately these settings are not selected on either PC. I am using Chrome and my wife has IE11.

wait a second. Did you use clear browsing data on chrome or delete browsing history on IE? Maybe it's selected there.

For the issue you mentioned,please follow the steps below:

 

1. Please open ASC Ultimate v7 => click "settings" => untick "Typed URLs" , "History", " Cookies" and password related items related to your browsers in "privacy Sweep"=>click "Apply" button.

 

2. As you are Pro customer, please do the same settings in "Autoclean".
