ASC ultimate8 has uninstalled itself twice

ASC ultimate8 has uninstalled itself twice. Has anyone else had this probelm. Please advise.

I've also had this happen twice. Guess I should try another download and install? I'm slightly worried about this...

Normally, ASC Ultimate will not uninstall itself. When it was uninstalled, please tell us the actions you took. Do you install some other security programs?

 

Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe

 

Double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Then reboot your computer to see whether the issue occurs again. If yes, please check whether the installation directory is still there.

 

Then, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

What are the possibilities that Windows defender could be causing this. I know a lot of applications are removed by it without notifying the users.
