How To Prevent Adv Sys Care Ultimate 8 from running?

I do not want Advanced System Care Ultimate 8 to run all the time, only when I want to do a scan or optimization. But there doesn't seem to be a way to exit out of the application, it just minimizes to the system tray and from there, there still isn't an option to close the program.

 

Other than ending the task from task manager, how the hell do I close this thing? It's like a virus...

Since ASC Ultimate is an antivirus product so it will keep active all the time in order to protect your system in real time. :oops:
