Mouse stuttering and not clicking after using Advance Systemcare Ultimate 9

I had to borrow an iPad for this cause my PC is messed up.

 

I purchased Advance SystemCare Ultimate 9 and did one of its deep scans, (or whatever it was), and now, after restarting the computer, the mouse stutters very much and does not allow me to left or right click. Wheel keeps scrolling, and the cursor highlights things as if it could be clicked, but again, can't select anything.

 

I. uninstalled and reinstalled the Logitech mouse driver by navigating my way there with the keyboard, but that had no effect.

 

Please help. I am completely screwed if I can't get this fixed.
