Hi all,

 

We have been trying to contact the MBAM to solve this matter months ago but the flag is still there. And there are so many people who want to run the two products at the same time.

 

Please follow the steps to run Advanced SystemCare successfully before the detection get removed.

 

1)Open Malwarebytes, choose “Scan” menu and click “Start Scan”.

2)When it shows the result, un-tick the files with the “Potentially Unwanted Program” Type and with “ advancedsystemcare ” keywords in location showed as below, and click “Quarantine Selected”.

3)Then choose “Ignore Always” at the pop up item .

4)Click “Yes” to restart your PC to finish the removal.

5)Please reinstall our program if you use Malwarebytes Premium version.
