Complete System Freeze

My PC has been running smoothly for months, no crashes whatsoever. All drivers updated properly alongside latest windows updates.

 

Some time ago I installed ASC v8.0.2, immediately when opening the application my PC froze entirely forcing a hard reboot.

 

Re-downloaded your product, version 8.0.3, installed and can navigate the application for a couple seconds then get a total freeze of system.

 

There is no mouse movement with the freeze, I have not let it stay in a frozen state longer than 10 mins to "work itself out" or perhaps give an error.

 

After some searching here, I've not found a solution. I did however find your tool IOBit Debug Info and ran the file for your team to examine.

 

Support would be greatly appreciated!

 

 

Overview of System Specs:

 

OS: Windows 8.1

CPU: i7 4790k @ 4.7 GHz Overclocked

GPU: GTX 780 SC

RAM: 16GB @ 1866Mhz

When did the computer freeze? Does it freeze after you boot the computer or when you start and run ASC?
