W10 Temp folders cleaning in ASC 9

C:\Users\***USER\AppData\Local\Temp

C:\Users\***USER\AppData\Temp

C:\Windows\Temp

Well..tested it..it does for sure not...

 

C:\Users\?\AppData\Local\Temp

C:\Users\?\AppData\Temp

 

Only in

C:\Windows\Temp

 

There is not a way to include folders to..pfff...

Do you mean ASC did not clean the files in the folders of C:\Users\?\AppData\Local\Temp and C:\Users\?\AppData\Temp, but only cleaned the files under C:\Windows\Temp?

 

If yes, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

 

And what do you mean by "pfff"?

Sorry for the late reply, i will test ASC Pro 10 if it does clean those folders and will let know, and that "pfff" was a late night cleaning my pc ;)
