Boot Up Time Window Does Not Always Display At Start Up

The boot up time window does not always display in the lower left-hand window of my desktop with each start up. It only displays on the start up following my using the cleaning function during the previous windows session. If I did not use it on the previous windows session, the boot up time window does not display in the lower left-hand corner of the desktop when I go through a start up. I have checked the settings for this function, and all settings are exactly as they should be. Therefore this function should work on each start up. And yet it does not. Can someone explain this? My thinking on this is that this is a bug in the overall program that has never been corrected in newer versions of Advanced System Care. I have Advanced System Care version 9.3. But this has been a problem right along, regardless of what version of the program I was using.

Hi Philip1749,

Thanks for your feedback. Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe.

Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report".

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Please send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Thanks.

Hi eviscerator and Philip1749,

Please follow the steps below one by one to test it.

1.Right click the desktop shortcut of Advanced SystemCare to choose ‘Open file location’ to open its installation directory.

2.Download the file Suo12_StartupManager.exe from the link below, and put it into the installation directory opened in step 1 to replace the original one. (Note: please DO NOT run the file directly, or DO NOT run the tool Startup Manager in Toolbox)

http://wikisend.com/download/847338/Suo12_StartupManager.exe

3.Download another file smBootTime.exe from the link below, and put it into the installation directory opened in step 1 to replace the original one. (Note: please DO NOT run the file directly, or DO NOT run the tool Startup Manager in Toolbox)

http://wikisend.com/download/926992/smBootTime.exe

4.Restart your computer and wait a little more time to check whether the bootup time window appears or not. Please tell us the result.

5.Find the files SMStartUpLog.txt and SMLog.txt in the installation directory, and send them to us.

If there is no SMLog.txt, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us.

Thanks a lot.

I have noticed the same thing with the start-up report, it only comes up randomly.

I have run the tool you suggested, downloaded the replacement .exe's and found the .txt files you suggested

and these are all attached in the zip file. I hope it will help.

BTW, I did wait after rebooting for about 1 minute and still nothing showed up.
