  • 64-bit?

    I own a 64-bit PC, but I am running a 32-bit version of ASCU10 and can't find a 64-bit version.
I suspect my PC is having small issues because of this.
For instance: When I watch an online video, the image and sound are slowly drifting off-sync.

Are there any plans to make a 64-bit ASCU, or are there any tips on how to fix this video issue?

    Hi Isaak,

Our program could support both 32-bit and 64-bit operation system.

Many factors may cause the issue you reported. You could try to find some online solutions.

    Thanks and best regards.

I think I found out what was causing my video issue:
Nvidia High Definition Audio, installed by Iobit Driver Booster.
It was 'competing' with Realtek High Definition Audio, so I removed the one from Nvidia.
Nvidia is for graphics, not audio.

        Hi Isaak,

So smart you are to fix this issue by yourself.

Do you mean Driver Booster has installed the wrong driver for you?

Please let us know if you have any other question about our products.

Indeed, Driver Booster did install an unnecessary driver. You may want to look into that.
Other than that, I am very happy with the Iobit apps.

            Hi Isaak,

Driver Booster will not automatically install any driver for you and will only download drivers if you have ticked this option in Settings.

So you could install the download drivers as per your own need.

            Thanks for your understanding.
