Iobit Undelete for other pc's?

Recently I uninstall My Advanced system care on my old windows 7 computer due that my computer is very slow and cannot handle the specific process. After that I seen a lot of recovery programs on the internet and I know that ASC has a special tool to recover some files but the problem is that my old computer will not handle the software anymore so I download this portable program. but my question is that is this software has a same function as this one? the think is that it looks like that this is a stand-alone feature of this software so I am wondering if it has lot of capabilities compare to the old one and I am trying to download it and use it to some any computers because I am an I.T administrator in pharmaceutical company and will try to recover some of the files that has been deleted like MS office documents.

They are the same undelete tool.
