  • I can't uninstall Advanced SystemCare4

I installed Advanced SystemCare5, but it won't let me uninstall the previous version. It says something is missing. How do I get rid of it?

    Hi Danna!

    Welcome to Iobit Forum!

Please do a clean install following these guidelines... paying particular attention to the deletion of the Iobit file within your system afterwards...>http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.p...9220#post39220 and this also > http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.p...9220#post39220

Then get the newest ASC through Enoskype's link here> http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?t=11844

    This should relieve your problem.

    Sincerely,
    -Mel

can't remove defective Advanced System Care 4

I installed Advanced System Care 5 on 2 computers with no problem. They deleted Advanced System Care 4 for me. But on the 3rd computer, there is something corrupt or missing in Advanced System Care 4, so that I cannot delete it. It seems to be missing the part that uninstalls it. So how do I get rid of this thing?

        Hi Danna!

So on your third PC the windows uninstaller doesn't work.

        Download REVO uninstaller here-> http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_..._download.html

        The free version will do.

Launch it and see if it will find the ASC4 you wish to remove.

If it does, click on the ASC Icon displayed and then click uninstall at the top of REVO... choose the advanced option when prompted... then hit the next button and onlycheck the bolded items... then hit next again and repeat until REVO says you have finished.

Then install the newest release of ASC here -> http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?t=11844

If it doesn't find ASC then report in your next post!

        Sincerely,
        -Mel
