  • Failed To Defragment BOOT/BCD

When I do Deep Care and the computer restarts it defragments a bunch of places that couldn't defragmented while the PC is on. The only one that fails is BOOT/BCD. Any reason why or how to fix it. i have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Also I have Advanced System Care 5.3 Pro. Thanks

    Hi computerbobo

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Would you please provide more details? If possible, please kindly take a picture of the issue so that we can understand the issue clearly.

And you can try the latest 5.4.0 version to see how it works.

      Hi computerbobo
You must be talking about SmartDefrag, right?
The boot defrag is not performed until you restart the computer - was that the way you ran it?
      Cheers
