ASC Pro Short Cut Not working

I tryed to open my ASC Pro that was up dated yesterday and the "short cut" was changed or moved so this short cut will no longer work !

Would you please temporarily turn off all your security softwares and try to reinstall Advanced SystemCare PRO from the link below to see how it works:

Please further assist us to look into this by taking the steps below if the issue fails to be fixed.

 

Please download the tool from: http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

My ACS Pro 10 won't open OR download anymore either since the last widows update last week. I get the new message This app won't run on this PC, contact the software publisher. I've tried everything less a un-install re-install. I'm using the latest windows 10 creator version. No issues on my other win 10 computers, no effect. Seems to have something to do with the new Creator version compatibility

took a screen shot, went to upload, says it exceeds the limit. Went to upload the debug file I created says its exceeds the limit. This problem is something new with windows 10 creator version. The same thing happened to my other laptop. No OBIT !!! . Says the application wont work contact the publisher
