Did you even bother to read the first paragraph in the link? " Firefox automatically creates backups of your bookmarks and saves the last 15 backups for safekeeping. This article describes how to restore your bookmarks from the automatic backups that Firefox creates, how to save and restore your own bookmark backup files, and how to move your bookmarks to another computer." I'm Out.

Hi Htein,

Welcome to our forum. Sorry for my late reply.

What is your version of advanced SystemCare before you update to advanced SystemCare 9? Have you got back your bookmarks?

Advanced SystemCare should not remove your bookmarks. To check the issue, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Sorry I didn't read carefully. I click the restore it tells me choose file and didn't show any file so I thought that I didn't backup anything. But now I read reply and read Mozilla carefully and search my computer Json file I successfully recovery my bookmarks. Thanks you for your help and apologize for troubling you.
