  • Antivirus Avira marked ASC 10 Pro like malware!!! [SOLVED by the latest release]

    Hi all,

I had problem during Friday 17.3. 2017, suddenly Antivirus Avira marked ASC 10 Pro like malware!!!
All installed files ASC 10 Pro was marked and transfered to quarantine!
Only files ASC 10 have been moved to quarantine.
I observed this situation on 3 PC!

During download new ASC 10 setup file I see this in antivirus:

    Type: File
    Source: C:\Users\Dave\Downloads\advanced-systemcare-setup.exe
    Status: Infected
    Quarantine object: 70ed42c0.qua
    Restored: NO
    Uploaded to Avira: NO
    Operating system: Windows XP/VISTA Workstation/Windows 7
    Search engine: 8.03.44.10
    Virus definition file: 8.12.160.34
    Detection: TR/Decep.IObit.EP
    Date/Time: 19. 3. 2017, 16:53

After uninstall ASC 10 Pro was PC scaned via Avira, Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner, result: PC is clean.

Maybe this is cybernetic war between Germany and Turkey .
