Wrong folder update

Bonjour,

Lors de la mise à jour automatique des produits Iobit, le répertoire où ils sont installés n'est pas pris en compte.

Ils sont dans le lecteur P mais les mises à jour se font dans le lecteur C.

 

Merci de corriger ce bug.

Which products did you update? How did you update? Update by the program itself or any other way?

 

Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.

Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Quels produits avez-vous mis à jour? Comment avez-vous mis à jour? Mise à jour par le programme lui-même ou par un autre moyen?

 

Veuillez télécharger l'outil à partir de http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.

Double-cliquez pour exécuter cet outil sur le PC présentant un problème, puis cliquez sur "Enregistrer le rapport".

Une fois cette opération terminée, vous obtiendrez une fenêtre contextuelle vous indiquant où le fichier de rapport IObit_Debug_Info.zip est enregistré. Cliquez sur le bouton 'OK' pour ouvrir ce dossier enregistré.

Envoyez-nous le fichier zippé afin que nous puissions avoir des informations détaillées à examiner.

Les mises à jour sont effectuées avec la fonction d'alerte de mise à jour d'Iobit uninstaller.

Les logiciels concernés par le bug sont tous les produits IObit (ASC, Driver booster,Iobit uninstaller) et certains autres comme Notepad++

Nota : l'utilitaire que vous m'avez conseillé de télécharger (InfoHelper.exe) contient un virus et a été supprimé automatiquement par Norton anti virus.

Please send us the related screenshots to show where and how did you update.

 

Besides, please follow the steps below to help us look into the issue:

1. Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe

2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'

3. Wait for a while until you see a file IU__logs_xxxxxxxx.log generated on your desktop.(xxxxxxxx should be the actual date when this file is generated.)

4. Send that file iu_logs_xxxxxxxx.log to us.
