IObit have suspended cooperation with SupportChoice

We are very sorry to tell you that IObit have suspended cooperation with SupportChoice, for our partner SupportChoice was shut down on 2014-09-26. Thus, you can not receive answers from the old telephone numbers on our websites.

 

If you purchased service from SupportChoice, please contact your bank or your credit card company and tell them you want a refund for the service. Or you can make a chargeback or dispute of the transaction. If you meet any issues during the refund, please feel free to tell us and we will try our best to help you.

 

Both IObit and our users are very satisfied with the telephone service from SupportChoice. Thus, we will find new partners to supply telephone service and remote assistance as SupportChoice did.

 

Currently, if you have any issues of your PC, please feel free to tell us with details by Email and will try our best to help you by Email.

Was this your online premium support?

Did users pay IOBIT for this support and IOBIT jobbed it out to SupportChoice?

If the answer is yes, you are wrong to tell users to contact their banks for credit.

Wouldn't it be IOBIT's responsibility to make restitution to it's customers rather than leaving them hanging?

Wouldn't their contract be with IOBIT and IOBIT's contract with SopportChoice?

Maybe I don't understand the relationship between IOBIT and SupportChoice.

@markjustin, yeah, it is unfortunate. But we will try to find a new partner to supply telephone service.

 

@masterblaster, users do not pay for IObit. It is free to call unless you purchase service from SupportChoice and you will pay for SupportChoice.
