whenever i download it it says windows could not find that file. What could be the problem?(I've tried downloading it several times)

I have downloaded it on my Desktop just now to test, and advanced-systemcare-setup-beta.exe is right there for installing on the desktop.

 

If you are using a download accelerator, please exit it and try downloading it through IE from the second link saving it (Save as... to choose the download location) on the Desktop. Please unblock the file through it's properties before installing.

 

Not working? Then there is something wrong with your Windows configuration.
