downloaded to xp and also a w7 pc.

 

after running the registry cleaner in both.

 

xp had all the found entries ticked

but w7 had none ticked is there a reason for this?.

 

also on the xp laptop the results screen of the shortcut fixer is too big for the screen cutting off whatever is on the lower part of the screen which i presume is a fix button. any ideas? no amount of playing around solves this, other screens are ok.

By default, only Low-Risk and Medium-Risk entries will be ticked. Please check whether it is right.

There is not an fix button but result information: "xx noneffective shortcuts found." Instead of that, the "Process" button on the top part have same function.
