Metro Apps

I have been using start menu 8 for over a year now. I am currently using v1.4.

I was wondering if there was a way to delete or hide metro apps, such as Camera, Store, PC settings, etc from the start menu without deleting them from the PC or Start Screen? If not this may be a feature to add in a future version. Thanks

Hi win8prouser, welcome to IObit Forums! :-D

 

When Start Menu 8 is running;

1) Open the Settings window by right clicking on "Settings" on the Start button.

2) Click on the Menu.

3) Scroll down to Metro Apps.

4) Click on the corresponding downwards arrow (↓) in the drop down box.

5) Choose and click "Do not show".

6) Click Apply button.

7) Click OK button.

 

You will not have Metro Apps in Start Menu.

I did that...I am talking about the shortcuts in the menu (left-side) at the top.

Looks like we are now hiding this. Is there also a way to remove them?
