              Veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour nous aider à examiner le problème:
              1. Téléchargez l'outil depuis http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe.
              2. Double-cliquez sur GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe pour l'exécuter, cliquez sur le bouton "Enregistrer le rapport sur le bureau".
              3. Patientez quelques instants jusqu'à ce qu'un fichier IU__logs_xxxxxxxx.log soit généré sur votre bureau. (Xxxxxxxx doit être la date à laquelle ce fichier est généré.)
              4. Envoyez-nous ce fichier iu_logs_xxxxxxxx.log.

              1. Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe
              2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'
              3. Wait for a while until you see a file IU__logs_xxxxxxxx.log generated on your desktop.(xxxxxxxx should be the actual date when this file is generated.)
              4. Send that file iu_logs_xxxxxxxx.log to us.
