    IObit Malware Fighter 5.1.0 ( is released! (May 19, 2017)

    Amazing, repetition of errors, in the last three versions of the program, when the connection is behind a proxy, the bitdefender and anti-ransonware engines are not installed, as it is possible that the other IOBIT products have no problem And this, always has them?

    Sorry for my late reply.

    Do you mean that you can not turn on Bitdefender Engine and Anti-ransomware Engine with the errors attached?

    If so, please download the tool from
    Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
    After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
    Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

      Hi Victor2k,

      May I verify, have you tried using it without a proxy? If you did, what was the result?

      And when you first used it, did you already used a proxy?

      Possible reason for this are: proxy configuration issues & security issues on the server side since you are on proxy.
