Network blocking after udating the latest version

Hello,

I have a simple file sharing network on a workgroup. all PC's are using windows 7.

Lately, after an IMF update, i start having trouble access other pc's on the network through the network screen. I got "access denied" when I clicked the computer name. the weird thing is that the shortcut or the map network drive to the same blocked computers are working just fine. Also, if i type the path on the address bar I can access the folder smoothly.

When I restore the computers earlier than the iObit IMF update, all working just fine. the problem is that 2 computers can't be restored. I tries to uninstall all iObit softwares with iObit Uninstaller (also tries one computer with Revo Uninstaller) but the problem persist.

To look into the issue, please also tell us the operations you took with our program before you encounter this problem and download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.

Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

?By the way, you can try thr latest IMF v6 beta 1 from http://update.iobit.com/dl/IObit-Mal...Setup-beta.exe to see whether the issue repeats.
