ioBit Malware fighter 5 blue screen of death constant

I had to spend two days trying to use malware fighter 5 and every time it would just about finish, blue screen of death. i finally had to get other programs, and go through win 7 ultimate and use iobit uninstaller... trying that crashed the computer 4 times.. but i finally was able to remove the malware fighter completely. i am going to re install the fighter now... but holding my breath... this has been a frustrating two days of baby sitting a computer that crashes every time i try to use an iobit product. Long time user.

Sorry for my late reply.

Have you re-install IMF? If the Blue screen hapens again, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.

Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

 

By the way, what did you do before the issue? Scan with IObit Malware Fighter?

did you get any proper solution?, I am also facing the same issue.

In my case one of the memory sticks is causing the blue screen when reaching the certain usage, you should try removing one of the sticks hope it will ease the malware removal in one go.
