Uninstaller and other IObit programs won't run on my computer now

Recommended Posts

Since I installed Avast Internet Security a few months ago I find that when I click on IObit Uninstaller shortcuts, or on the actual executables in the folders, I look on Process Explorer and I see the executables appear briefly. But before long they just disappear and never return. This also happens with ASC and IMF, but not with some other IObit programs.

This has not happened with other AVs, including Avast free about 4 years ago. I have gone to Settings<General<Exclusions and made multiple entries to no avail.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to help us look into the issue.

1. Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe

2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'

3. Wait for a while until you see a file IU__logs_xxxxxxxx.log generated on your desktop.(xxxxxxxx should be the actual date when this file is generated.)

4. Send that file iu_logs_xxxxxxxx.log to us.

Thanks,
