Using ISD beta in your own language

Please find attached Turkish1.1.rar file for IObit SmartDefrag beta 1.1.

 

Rename "English.lng" file to "EnglishOriginal.lng" in your language folder in IObit SmartDefrag folder. Extract "Turkish.lng" fie in the "Turkish.rar" file to the same folder and rename it to "English.lng". Open the program and it is in Turkish.

You can revert back to your original English file anytime renaming "EnglishOriginal.lng" back to "English.lng".

I have tried it many times with different configurations and every time it worked without any error. But please use it at your own risk because every pc has it's own configuration. Create a restore point before using it.

 

You can create your own language just translating the language file.

Good point, i tried that too, just for the fun of it.

However the GUI is a tailor-made job for english and not intended for other languages. The result with my to dutch translated strings was not good. Buttons too small, ...

This time you extract the "Turkish.lng" file in the Zip file to the Language Folder of IObit SmartDefrag, and run the "Wizard.exe" in the IObit SmartDefrag folder and change the language to Turkish. The program will start in Turkish.
