Smart defrag in RAID 5

Hello good afternoon!

 

I wanted you to see me is information about the defragmentation of the RAID 5 systems. I am currently using a micro server with the Windows 10 operating system, the disks are managed through an HP p410 controller, and within it a RAID1 is created for the operating system and another 4 × 6 TB RAID5 for data. I wanted to ask if your defragmenting tool would be ideal to defrag this RAID5.
