Hi maki,

Sorry for my late reply.

Does it hang every time? If it does, please send us the related screenshots.

Guide for taking screenshot.

http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

Besides, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/SDInfoHelper.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi maki,

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry we could not reproduce the issue. Thus, if your Smart Defrag hangs again, please send us the related screenshots.

For the function " Task may optimize multiple physical drives in parallel", you can tick the disks that you want to defrag and then click defrag to defrag them at the same time. Some disks may finish defragmenting earlier, for disks have different spaces.

Thanks for choosing IObit to care your PC.

I can not perform screenshot - because the system frozen. Do you Can not understand?

No. We do not understand. You provide very vague and confusing information. One minute it is just your GUI which is frozen and there is no reason why you should not be able to take a screen shot

of this, unless what you actually mean is that your pc is frozen. Next thing you are saying that other software is able to optimise multiple drives in parallel and why can't SD do it. You are told it can.

Then you are testing a bunch of drives in parallel and stating that 100% cpu is being used and the system is freezing, thus requiring a hard reboot which results in loss of data.

Why not take a screenshot with a camera/phone and send that.

Iobit have tried to replicate the issue and cannot.

If you wish to continue to receive assistance, then I strongly advise that you remain calm and civil when posting. We will do all we can to help.
