Bad link for the installer.

Tried both the pro and the free version of the upgrade neither link is good. They both keep downloading the 3.1 version of the software and yes I am doing a clean uninstall and clean install. I've even dumped the previous downloads, it does it every single time. I can't seem to access 3.3.x on the links provided by your pages.
