I had to renew my subscription so I did so, but then received no license or download code from IObit. So I went to the support page and asked to be sent a new license code. This time I got the info I wanted. Now I see an announcement about an important new update that should be purchased for 14.77. Fine. I make the purchase and once again dead silence from IObit. This time, however, when I went to support to ask for a license and code I got two licenses and codes: the original, which was my subscription renewal, and 1 seat (the order was for 3) for the update. It doesn't matter functionally. Advanced System Care Pro still runs fine with the subscription renewal code. But what about the update? Why only 1 seat? Why no licenses or codes from IObit for the $14.77 for the other two seats? In fact, why do I have to ask IObit for the license and code each time I make a purchase with them? It's a confused mess. And how are the licenses activated for the 14.77 upgrade? There seems to be no way to do this.
