Comparison between SuperAntiSpyware/SpyBot Search/Detroy /IS360

Okay, I have a major spyware infection. My Office Word keeps getting blocked, webpages are popping up, every 20 seconds some security warning ask me to download some software which I know is fake.

I will be comparing SuperAntiSpyware/SpyBot Search Destroy / IS360

I will compare Scan Time, Total Spyware Detected, and Effectiveness. But how do I have a balanced test, when testing the effectiveness? One program will eliminate some of the spyware, therefore whichever is second and third will probably have less spyware to deal with.
So according to the rules of having a balanced test, please advise me.

Use virtualization, or same images.
