pspdude, there are other users having the same problem together with very slow downlods.
SEE ASC witn Antivirus won't update thread.

IObit is aware of that and investigating it.

If you are using dynamic IP, try to change the IP by restarting your router/modem to see if it helps.

Don't think that would work for me :P my home network consists of 3 wireless routers acting as a server type thing, which I don't have access to :\

What are you talking about ???

You Only need One Router per network and a router can not be a server.
A server is normally another computer, on the network, with server-software installed on it.
There can be multiple Hubs or Repeaters but not Routers. Multiple routers are needed when there are multiple networks,
and if there are multiple networks, they should Not be connected together, thru a single Modem, to Internet.

My guess is That is the Problem.

LOL! Sorry I didn't know what I was saying, Anyways I have three routers, 1 transmits the network to one router which goes to a satellite box, then that router transmits the signal to the router that's in my room, so I guess a repeater :P. God I feel so stupid for posting that :S funny thing too since I'm an indie game dev and I'm working on multiplayer lmfaooo

Okay correct, the one in your room is probably a Repeater-Hub,
and the one going to Satellite-box is probably the Modem.

Hey, Terminology can be 'Funny Stuff'.

If you don't have access to the Router or Modem, your problem is going to be difficult to trouble-shoot.
If you could temporarily connect your computer Directly to the Modem (Bypass the Router),
that would let you know if the Router-config-settings are causing the problem.

Thank you for the feedback pspdude.

Nice to hear that your update of ASC w/AV worked.

I am curious if it is the result of an adjustment on the IObit's side or if you have done something to make it work.

I hope we get feedback from others having the update problem too.

Yea I'm not exactly sure what happened, I just thought was updating that one day and it's been working ever since.
