You can download Portable edition for Advanced SystemCare Free v3 from

http://download.iobit.com/ascfree_portable.zip


Unzip it to a directory, then use "ASC_Portable.exe" to start the program. You can store the Portable edition in your USB disk and use it to care for any other PCs without installation.

Regarding the use of editing main.ini; it would be better is ASC wrote the changes back to main.ini at time of edit.

Are you sure this is not going to replace the originals of the Language and Skin folders?

Please try not to give a link for uploded (.exe) file in the forum.
