problem with activate advanced system care 12 (can not connect to our server)

hello friends i have problem in advanced system care 12

i have License key when i want to enter my License key advanced system care say

cannot connect to our server you can try following solutions to fix the issue:

check you network/proxy settings

check your firwall settings

temporarily turn off the third party security program

i have fiber optic network , i checked my proxy

i checked my firwall , i disabled my antivirus

and also when ever i want to download tool from toolbox part it say

please check your internet connection and try again later

I have been trying to activate my renewal as well, for four days and keep getting the 'can't connect to server' message I, too, have tried the items listed and still no luck. Please either respond or refund me my money!
