IObit Advanced System Care Services are overloading my Computer... (specifically the CPU) which makes it difficult to use my Computer comfortably!!!

Normally high CPU usage only occurs when the Auto-Care scan is initiated,
You can set it to only operate when the pc is idle.
To err is Human. To really mess things up you need a PC.

Sorry for the issue you encountered. Does high CPU usage last long? Does this issue come up often?

If it happens often, please follow the steps below when the CPU usage is high.
Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us for further analysis.

      Thank you.

        Hi brfounder,

After further checking the debug file you sent to us, our technicians suspect the issue may be related to the feature Privacy Shield. Please follow the steps below one by one to check the issue again.

        1. Back up the file "C:\ProgramData\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\Prishield.ini" firstly. Then delete it.
        2. Restart your computer
        3. Send the backed up file Prishield.ini to us for further checking. You can also send it to feedback@iobit.com.

If the CPU usage is still high, please download the tool again from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us again.

        Thank you.
