  • Activation problem

    Hi
    I've just made a big mistake. I registered & paid for Advanced Systemcare & mistakenly mis-typed my email address. Of course now, when I request the activation code it is sent to an email address I do not have access to. Can someone direct me to Accounts where I sort out the problem

    or e-mail to support@iobit.com to the attention of Cicely and explain the situation.

        The suggestion that I post the problem to https://www.iobit.com/en/onlinefeedback-form.php?type=free[/url] is all very well but there are a number of fields that I can't fill in such as Order Reference, Licence Code etc. Also the first drop down only shows the free version. Instead I've emailed support.
