Cost of Renewal

I have renewed my ASC 13 this year.

 

 

I have received another email asking me to renew it. My renewal cost £18.74. I later had a renewal taken from my bank account of £15,52, which has since been refunded. The latest email states I have to pay £11.66 to renew.

 

 

Why am I still getting these emails ? Also, why did I have to pay £18.74 when the cost is now down to £11.66 ? This seems like I have been ripped off for £7.08 and still nobody in your office seems to know that it is already renewed.

 

I have now received another email from you, for renewal of it at yet another cheaper price. - £11.63.

 

 

I start to wonder how much lower the price I could have paid will go ?

 

 

In future years how late should I leave it before renewal to get the best price ?
