Have you tried changing the keyboard layout of your system before you optimized it?

I have a possible solution and that is you need to connect to the internet before logging in to the session.

And then choose the option to sign in using the Microsoft account password that you use.

Once done, you will be able to login to your system.

Then you can change the password.

After that, you will be able to use your computer as always.

Regards.

I bought ASC pro 9 months ago, and I had the same problem exactly, tried several times but no permanent solution I could find, that is why I didn't use it since 8 months, one way to fix your windows is by using Microsoft MediaCreationTool.exe and upgrade your windows to the latest while keeping all your apps and almost all the settings, if you found a solution I'll be grateful if you post it here, Thanks and good luck.

Daniel.

As the other user has stated you’ll have to create a recovery drive using the media creation tool available on the official website of Windows.

Once the media creation tool has been created, boot from it and replace the current version of Windows may while keeping your files and programs intact.

There is an option for that while installing Windows.
