How to stop / block desktop adverts

As the title suggests, I would like to know how to stop these annoying desktop adverts I keep getting from iobit?

*IF* I was ever going to pay money for their product then the one guarantee'd way to stop me paying for the product is to beam adverts directly onto my computer.

 

Please could somebody explain how I can block them.

No, I am not looking to improve your promotion. I'm looking to remove it from my computer entirely.

If the only way to do that is to remove your products entirely then I will do that.
