Performance Monitor Opens In Wrong Place

Very annoying the Performance Monitor opens in the top right corner, I want it to open in the bottom left corner

It opens in the bottom left corner in my other pc both are running Advanced Systencare Ultimate 10 under Window 10

I have tried every thing I know to change it.... Need help please

We confirm that Performance Monitor can remember the location when it's displayed last time as long as it was closed normally.

 

I advise you drag PM to the bottom left corner, right click on it and choose Exit. And then open PM to see if it is displayed on the correct place. If not, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe -> Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'. -> After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder. -> Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
