  • Error 0x80070462 when using Microsoft Store

    Since installing Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 12, I cannot download Apps from the Microsoft App Store. A screen appears with the error code 0x80070462 and the message "Something went wrong" (see attached image).

    I have disabled the IOBit antivirus protection but now cannot restart Windows Defender, which I believe the Microsoft App Store needs before it will allow me to download.

    Please help!

    I too faced that problem, but eventually fixed itself, seems that was some kind of problem with the windows store and nothing else, at the time I faced that problem indeed my iobit products were running (ASC & Smart Defrag) and then after some hours I tried again and the error was gone.
