How do I move Performance Monitor from screen 1 to screen 2?

How do I move Performance Monitor from screen 1 to screen 2? I was able to do it on my old computer, but this new one blocks it from moving across, even though I can still move other things across.

No, It stops at the edge of screen 1 while the mouse continues across to screen 2. I can move all other things without issue.

Did you encounter the same problem when you drag other windows? By the way, are the sizes of the two screens the same?

Right-click on your desktop and select "Display".

 

From the display, select the monitor you wish to be your main display.

 

Check the box that says "Make this my main display." The other monitor will automatically become the secondary display.

 

When finished, click [Apply].

Please read the question carefully before replying. The OP asked about moving the Performance Monitor to a second screen....not how to select a monitor.
