ACS cleaning &Optimisation stops Internet Access

After cleaning and optimising and then restarting the computer Internet access is lost. However the same WiFi source is working fine on all other devices like smart phone. Is there were of recovery for this from rescue centre?

Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder. -> Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

After scanning, cleaning and optimizing and then restarting the computer, internet access was lost. Could not get bug report and therefore no screen shot. Resolved the issue by making a full Windows recovery. Cannot use ACS again until I know why this happened. Recovery suggested that the network adapters were not accessible after the ACS optimization.

Normally, ASC will not cause such issue. And we haven't heard the issue before. Could you please reinstall the program? Run a scan with System Optimization to see if there is any problem. The problems fixed by System Optimization can be restored in Rescue Center of ASC Ultiamte. So please rest assured to fix the problems found by System Optimization.

I will first have to create a system restore point so that in case this happens again, I will just perform system restore.

I have reinstalled Advanced System Care Pro, performed a scan and fixed all the errors. The Good news is that after restarting the PC I did not have an internet access problem. Problem resolved. I think there were probably other issues on the PC which lead to the problem of access but these were also resolved when I made a Full System Recovery. To be on the safe side, it is a good idea to always have a system restore point as it would be valuable when faced with unforeseen circumstances.
