False message concerning registry cleaning and other issues in ASC 10 Pro?

Recommended Posts

Hi,.

I wonder how is it possible after running ASC Pro twice in space of 10 minutes, to get first 321 errors in first run then 71 errors in second run?? Almost the same thing happens in "Unused files". With 321 errors my computer shouldn't run smoothly but it does. I have suspicion of false number of errors and btw registry cleaning runs slower than before.

Any explanation?

W10 64 bit, ASC Pro, Malware Fighter Pro, Driver Booster Pro, Iobit Uninstaller

Hi comp12,

Please do the following steps to help us further look into the issue.

Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe -> Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'. -> After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder. -> Send the zipped file to us.

Thanks.

Hi comp12,

As for the previous issue, we'd replied you via email several days agao. We found the file you sent to us was txt file, not zip file. Please follow the steps below and send us the zip file so that we can further checking it.

1.Use ASC to do a scan and fix again.

2.Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe -> Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'. -> After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder. -> Send the zipped file to us.

As for the new issue, please note that Registry Scan and AutoClean cleans different issues. Registry Scan cleans the errors related to registry, while AutoClean cleans issues related to privacy like browser history, cookies, caches. ect.

Thanks for your understanding.
