Performance Monitor Keeps Closing

I am using ASC 10.3 free and my performance monitor closes on its own.

I open it and a few minutes later it closes.

This happens a dozen or so times a day???

Sorry for it. Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Please follow the steps below to help us further look into the issue.

 

1.Right click any blank space on Performance Monitor to choose Exit to exit it.

 

2.Right click the desktop shortcut of ASC 10 to choose Open file location to open its installation directory.

 

3.Download the demo Monitor.exe from the link below, copy and paste it into ASC's installation directory to replace the original one.

4.Run Monitor.exe.

 

5.When Performance Monitor disappears, find the file PMTest.log in ASC's installation directory and send it to us for further checking.
